2. Iban de conta bancária dos proprietários;
3. Fotocopia de EDP, Inframoura e Gás;
4. Caderneta predial ou escritura;
5. Licença de alojamento local;
6. Seguro de responsabilidade civil;

Joao was born in Angola in 1981 and moved to Portugal still a baby with his parents and older brother. His sister Ana born not long after the move, came to complete the family of 5 who lived on the west coast of the Algarve over the years but seeded their roots in what use to be the fisherman’s village once known as “O bairro dos pescadores”.
Conceição, João’s mother began the Rentals and a Management company in 1994 in the same office they still own today in the Resort Old Village in Vilamoura. The sales department was always present but gained its strength in 2014.
Joao is a young dedicated father of 2 beautiful boys, Lorenzo and Tyler, who enjoys spending time with his family in the countryside, on the beach picking fresh coquilles or taking fun bike rides on Sunday mornings.
A sports enthusiast, and always with a positive mind, João is driven to building success, but more importantly building people up. He is known to always have a kind word for anyone he meets, and takes great pride in the relationships he has created over the years through one of his many passions, which is real estate.
